FAQ
Quick answers for credits, orders, and listing setup.
What problem does Nestin actually solve?
Nestin helps room owners keep their rental listings visible consistently. Instead of forgetting to post, rushing to spam groups, or relying on agents, you set up your room once and let the system manage structured posting, tracking, and reporting.
Is this for owners or agents?
Both—but it’s especially useful for owners who want control. If you’re tired of waiting for agents to push your rooms (or dealing with low commission motivation), Nestin lets you manage exposure directly and consistently.
How is this different from manually posting in FB groups?
Manual posting is inconsistent and risky—posting too much can lead to restrictions, posting too little leads to no enquiries. Nestin focuses on paced, grouped, and repeatable posting, so exposure stays stable instead of random.
How many posts can be done per day?
Depending on your package and setup, the system can support 50–100 posts per day across different groups and time slots. The goal is steady exposure, not aggressive spamming.
Can I see reports or proof of posting?
Yes. All posting links are tracked, reviewed, and stored. You can view them inside the system and export reports (e.g. to Google Sheets) for internal tracking or billing reference.
Will my Facebook account get banned?
No system can promise zero risk, but Nestin is designed to reduce common ban triggers—such as posting too fast, repeating the same content, or hitting too many groups at once. Posting is spaced out and structured.
How does the credit system work?
You purchase credits as packages. Each order or posting activity consumes credits. Your balance is always visible, and you can top up anytime via bank transfer (with slip upload).
What happens after I submit my room details?
Your listing goes through an admin review step to ensure formatting and setup are correct. Once approved, posting begins according to the planned schedule, and you can track progress and results.
