1. Service Overview
Nestin AI Posting System provides a structured posting workflow that helps property operators manage posting submissions, link distribution, and reporting processes across supported platforms.
2. Account Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
3. Post Credit Usage
Posting operations are managed through a credit-based system. Credits may come from purchased posting packages or promotional credits. When both free credits and purchased credits exist, the system will automatically consume free credits first before deducting paid credits.
4. Credit Expiration
All posting credits expire after three (3) months from the date they are issued or activated. Expired credits cannot be restored, refunded, or transferred.
5. Post Management Rights
Nestin reserves the right to adjust posting schedules, remove or replace submissions, modify posting assignments, and remove duplicated or invalid links when necessary for operational or compliance purposes.
6. Link Visibility and External Platforms
Some links submitted through the system may appear in private groups or restricted communities. Because these platforms are controlled by third-party administrators, links may become inaccessible, may display as expired, or may be removed by moderators. These outcomes are outside the control of Nestin AI Posting System.
7. Reporting and Monitoring
The system tracks posting activities for reporting and verification purposes, including timestamps, assigned posters, verification status, and internal review logs.
8. Refund Policy
Posting packages and credits are non-refundable once activated or partially used, except in cases of verified system malfunction.
9. Service Availability
We aim to provide continuous service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Services may be suspended or modified for maintenance or system improvements.
10. Changes to Terms
Nestin reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
